Welcome to our 3D Food course subscription affiliate program. It includes Wonder Class, Wondershop and Wonder Skills courses. The following terms of use (the “Agreement”) govern your participation in the program as an affiliate of our company, Andre Caputo Studio Ltd.. By joining the program, you agree to comply with these terms of use, so please read them carefully.
- Definitions
In this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
a) “Affiliate” refers to a person or entity who has joined the ANDRE CAPUTO’S 3D Food course subscription affiliate program and agreed to these terms of use.
b) “Program” refers to the 3D Food course subscription affiliate program offered by ANDRE CAPUTO.
c) “Customer” refers to a person who has purchased a 3D Food course subscription through your affiliate link.
d) “Commission” refers to the payment you will receive for each sale of a 3D Food course subscription made through your affiliate link.
- Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a website or social media account that is relevant to our products and services.
- Enrollment
To enroll in the program, you must complete our online application and agree to these terms of use. We reserve the right to reject your application for any reason.
- Affiliate Link
Once your application is approved, we will provide you with a unique affiliate link that you can use to promote our 3D Food course subscriptions on your website or social media account. You may not use any other links to promote our products.
- Commission
You will earn a commission for each sale of a 3D Food course subscription made through your affiliate link. The commission rate will be determined by us and may change from time to time. You will be paid your commission on a monthly basis.
- Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
a) Spamming or unsolicited emailing of your affiliate link.
b) Placing your affiliate link on websites or social media accounts that contain offensive, violent, or illegal content.
c) Creating fake accounts or purchasing fake followers to promote our products.
d) Misrepresenting our products or services in any way.
e) Infringing on any intellectual property rights, including trademarks or copyrights, of our company or any third party.
- Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time for any reason. If we terminate your participation, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
- Modifications
We may modify these terms of use at any time by posting the modified terms on our website and you will receive an e-mail by us. Your continued participation in the program after the posting of the modified terms will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
We make no warranties or representations about the program or our products or services, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you under this agreement will be limited to the amount of commissions paid to you during the previous six months, regarding the sales of our 3D Food courses belong to Andre Caputo Studio Ltd.. We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or lost business, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or province in which our company, Andre Caputo Studio Ltd. is located in North Vancouver, Canada, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
- Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and our company, Andre Caputo Studio Ltd., regarding only to the program 3D Food Courses Subscription Affiliates by Andre Caputo, thatincludes Wonder Class, Wondershop and Wonder Skills courses. and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
